Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy
At ARG Motor Parts, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Certain products such as electrical parts, clearance items, and custom orders may be non-returnable.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer support team at info@argmotorparts.com with your order details to initiate a return.
2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
